Posted by Mary Beth at December 17, 2004 08:23 AMThey're gorgeous, Leigh. Fit is always an issue with gift socks, but is there anyone who doesn't LIKE handknitted socks? No, I don't think there is. The recipient will be thrilled.
Posted by alison at December 17, 2004 08:35 PMBeautiful socks! Oooh, that Spirit Trail yarn... *sigh* They look so soft and plush!
Posted by Kim at December 21, 2004 06:07 AMI just finished up the first sock in this pattern (also a gift). I loved the pattern--the way the diamond works out so you don't have to count rows between cabling rows--how smart is that?
I'm sure your recipient will love them!
