Neat neck thing, but I too am wondering, not will, but with what will you wear it? Under your winter coat? Over a casual blouse to dress it up and keep your neck warm at the same time? Halloween when you dress up as a fine victorian lady? I need to know, because as usual, I'm thinking I might need one too.
