As long as you don't draw blood, I think you're going to be fine. Perhaps you would benefit from some more of those "yarn fumes" the Harlot speaks of? Just a thought ;-)
Posted by LizA at September 8, 2007 01:16 PMI hope your new-found interest in knitting results in a new-found interest in blogging too! I miss your regular postings!
Posted by Natalie at September 8, 2007 01:47 PMI'm happy to hear the knitting mojo has returned!
That is way sad about the lost socks.
Posted by claudia at September 8, 2007 08:46 PMAt least you have some delicious cashmere. It feels so good, you may end up not minding too much about the other stuff... ;-)
Posted by Beth S. at September 10, 2007 09:51 AMleighleigh you are too funny. i knit on some socks this week for the first time since May!! so maybe we are renaissancing together. :)
Posted by carolyn at September 10, 2007 07:05 PMHave you been peeking in my windows, observing my life? I, too, have been in a real knitting rut. Here's hoping I, too, have a renaissance, like you. Perhaps when the weather cools. Methinks I've got an early case of Alzheimer's, too, unfortunately....
Posted by Mary at September 10, 2007 08:08 PMLife in general can just suck the recall-abilities right out of the ol' brain. The shabby chic furniture you mention has peaked my curiosity...
Posted by Kim at September 11, 2007 08:29 AMWell, look who's back from never-never land! ;) I was just googling around for a lazy Kate for my Robin wheel and up you pop. Looks like the Robin bobbins fit the Schacht? I've been thinking about you. Hope you're all off to a good start for the school year!
Posted by Kerstin at September 14, 2007 12:25 PMMy lost sock toe returned to me after a year of hiding. Don't lose hope...
